welcome back to my blog J how have you been? I hope you all are fine J
Today I will share about what I have watched in youtube and
it’ll be interesting for you. If you are curious about what I have read
or anything, you will know it soon. Ok! Let’s get started!
Well, today I will review a video
from an influencer that lived in Korea. Her name is Amelia Tantono and her
Youtube Channel is Amelicano. So, she is Indonesian but she lived in Korea for
about 10 years. In her youtube channel, there were many kinds of video that she
uploaded such as her daily life, work life, and so on. And I have a reason why I
chosed her youtube chanel to be reviewed. Because the first, I like her topic
of her video and the second because she collaborated with the other influencer
that I like as well. Who is he? He is Jang Han Sol. The Youtuber of Korea
Reomit. So that’s the reason why I chosed her video.
Talking about the first reason why I
chosed her video is because of her topic right? So I will tell you the topic
that she shared in her channel. Her topic is about Life in Korea : The dificulties
of living in Korea. On her video, because there is Hansol, so she also asked a
question depend on the perspective of him. Because Jang Han Sol is also new in
Korea. He is Korean but he lived in other country (Indonesia) from he was 4
years old. So he also will shared about the difficulties of living in Korea. So
the difficulties of living in Korea are :
a. Language
·
Amelia’s
perspective : she said that it is the most difficulties of
living in Korea. Because she is originally Indonesian and what she know is Alphabet
but in Korea they have their own word. It’s called Hangul. So, it’s very hard
to communicate with native people.
·
Hansol’s
perspective : for Hansol, he did not have any difficulties
actually. But because he lived in Indonesia for a long time so when he comeback
to Korea and have conversation with his friend, sometimes he forgot the word of
the thing in Korean.
b. Culture
·
Amel’s
perspective : she
said in Korea has a culture that’ is “palli – palli” everything is fast. So it
is a bit difficult to adapt with the other. And there is other culture that is
culture of drinking alcohol. When she entered to a new university, she felt
like she is being pushed to drink it, it also happened when she is in office. In
Korea, there will always drinking culture in every places like university and
office.
·
Hansol’s
perspective : Korea is famous of everything such as
fashion, k-pop and others. But he said that he is not kind of person that
always follow the mode. So when, his friend ask why he did not know this or
that and his friend said that you are obsolete. Something like that. And that
kind of culture that he does not like. There is also the culture of eating
alone. It is common thing in Korea. Because everybody in Korea is like not
really care with other. It is also happened in the situation like when we are living
in an apartement. We never know who is living under our room or even beside our
room. So when he came from Indonesia to Korea, he felt uncomfortable to eat
alone. Cause in Indonesia, everybody is care each other and like to go
everywhere together.
c. Money
· Amel’
perspective : she said because Korea and Indonesia have different exchange rate.
Because in Korea, everything has high exchange rate. So when she wants to buy
something, she always count it to rupiah,
·
Hansol’
perspective : he does not have any difficult in money.
d. Friends
· Amel’s
perspective : she said because she lack of words of Korean so it is difficult
to adapt with native friends.
·
Hansol’s
perspective : he also did not have many friends in Korea. Because he lived for
a long time in other country, just several people from Korea that he knew when
he lived in other country.
I think that’s all what I can
tell you about the review of
video that I watched. Thank you for visiting and reading my story. See
you on the next post!! 😆
